Refund and dispute policy
A Route Brief deposit can be refunded before research begins if the requested route does not fit the service scope. Once research starts or a digital brief is delivered, payments are generally non-refundable. If there is a delivery issue, email within 7 days and RoveSignal will review the case in good faith.
Cancellation policy
A Route Brief request can be cancelled before research begins. After research starts, cancellation is not guaranteed because the service is custom digital work. Expedition support is limited to the agreed scope and dates.
Legal and route restrictions
RoveSignal does not assist with illegal border crossings, evading authorities, restricted areas, or unlawful activity. Riders are responsible for documents, permits, local laws, and final route decisions.
